By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You have permission to reproduce it

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files meet print requirements.

Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US Currency

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Orders will not begin production until full payment is received.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

Production times vary depending on order size and complexity.

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may change due to demand, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

Tha Hustle Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products:

• Custom orders are final sale

• No refunds or exchanges once production begins

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within [5] days if unused and in original condition.
